Can I sign up using my own referral link?

Yes, self-referrals are allowed. However, please be aware that the £360 commission will only fall payable on your self-referral if you generate at least one more additional sale via your referral link. The aim of a referral program is to encourage our Soul Mate Business Partners and Ambassadors to spread the word about our 5-Day Meet Your Soul Mate Challenge and the Love Alchemy program, it is not designed as a way for buyers to get discounts. We trust you understand.

Can I sign up on behalf of someone through my own referral link?

We recommend you actively encourage others to sign up themselves via your link. This is for two reasons. Firstly; the value gained from actively taking part in the challenge is considerable. We only want those inside the challenge who are genuinely interested and engaged. Secondly; ensuring they register via your link on their own devices ensures the tracking is as robust as possible.

My friend/client signed up without using the referral link I sent them. What can I do?

Please ask them to email you from the same email address they used to register confirming that you introduced them to the challenge. Once received please forward this email to support@theschoolofself.love and we’ll manually add them to the system for you.

Why can’t I see my sign-ups and/or rewards?

Our tracking is based on two-factor browser cookies and email addresses, so if you used a different browser/device from the visit to sign-up, you cleared your cookies, you used incognito, or you signed up from your own referral link, the signup might not be tracked. If you are 100% sure the sign-up or sale were not tracked correctly, contact us on support@theschoolofself.love

What’s the referral cookie life?

The referral cookie life is available until doors close on 13th November. If a user purchases the product after 13th November since the first referred visit, the conversion won’t be tracked anymore.

When will I get paid?

All payouts are processed on a monthly basis 60 clear days after each monthly instalment has been received by the customer. If a customer has selected to pay monthly, you (the affiliate) will receive the commissions monthly 60 days after each payment equating to £120 commissions per month.

> Payments in Full

When a client pays The School of Self Love for the Love Alchemy programme in full, you will receive your £360 commission via Paypal 60 days after that payment is made.

> Instalments

If a client chooses to pay over 3 instalments, you will receive your £360 commission divided out into 3 x monthly instalments of £120 via Paypal with the first instalment payment sent 60 days after receipt of payment from the customer. 

> Cancellations 

If we have to issue a refund to a client (literally has never happened!), our payment system will automatically request a ‘clawback’ of the commission paid. Our policy is that if we do not get paid, our partners do not get paid. 

> Non Payments

If for any reason a client doesn’t make their payment, you will not receive any commission payment.  Commissions are only paid once The School of Self Love receive payment in full.

How can I get paid if I don’t have PayPal?
